A segurança e a tranquilidade do apartamento!
O facto de não ser muito acessível aos transportes públicos! É necessário uma viatura particular ou usar o serviço de táxi, os quais temos de fazer ligações até conseguir um! O facto também da limpeza ser feita apenas uma vez por semana antes do começo da estadia e não durante caso fique por uma semana ou menos, e as toalhas disponíveis também não eram suficientes, uma toalha por pessoa por semana não chega!

A localização é fantástica. O condomínio é muito bom, o único senão são os cães a ladrar nas outras casas. A casa é muito espaçosa. Tem o necessário. Simpatia da proprietária.
A inexistência de AC na sala dificulta a adaptação ao calor se se quiser ficar a ver tv ou a fazer a refeição. As portas dos wc’s fecham mal, uma delas não fecha mesmo. O duche da suite está quebrado. Ter cortinas black-out nos quartos era uma mais valia.
