Tudo foi perfeito... a Dona Eunice foi excepcional.. Muito atenciosa durante toda a viagem. Nos indicou um taxista eu nos buscou no aeroporto.. No primeiro dia levou-nos a uma pequena volta na cidade e nos deu muitas dicas. Durante os outros dias mandou mensagens regularmente a checar como tudo estava a correr.. Nossa experiência foi fantástica e não poderia ter sido melhor sem a ajuda da dona Eunice.

This was our first trip to the Cape Verde Islands, and Praia was our first stop after arriving from Lisbon. The apartment is located outside the center of Praia (2-3 km), in a quiet residential area. But the center of Praia can be reached easily and cheaply by city bus (no. 10, 12). The owner, Eunice, speaks English, quickly answers all questions before arrival, and during your stay, helps organize tours of the island by recommending drivers she knows. Eunice is incredibly warm and caring, and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The apartment itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable living room connected to the kitchen, which has everything you need. The local center of the district, with shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and ATMs, is within walking distance. This was the nicest, most comfortable apartment during our 3-week trip to the Cabo Verde Islands.

The apartment was very spacious, ideal for a group of 3-4 people. It was very clean and had all the conditions for cooking and to make our stay more comfortable. The highlight of this booking goes for its host, Eunice, and her husband Agostinho that received us amazingly well and were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, qui a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les explications avec une grande gentillesse. Le logement est agréable, bien équipé, et le quartier est calme en journée.

Les nuisances nocturnes très gênantes. Malheureusement, la nuit a été extrêmement difficile. De 21h30 à 4h du matin, de gros bruits provenaient du logement situé au-dessus, qui appartient à la même propriétaire. Des travaux semblaient être en cours : chutes de matériel, meubles déplacés, bruits incessants, comme si des chauves-souris couraient dans l’appartement. Notre enfant de 3 ans s’est réveillé à plusieurs reprises et nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Si vous cherchez un logement pour bien dormir après une longue journée d’excursion, cette annonce est à éviter. De même, si vous avez un enfant en bas âge qui a besoin de sommeil, nous vous déconseillons fortement ce logement. Nous sommes satisfaits des prestations du logement en lui-même, mais les nuisances sonores nocturnes sont tout simplement insupportables.
