השירותים למטה לא נוחים. הכיור יותר מדי עמוק ולא מתוכנן כמו שצריך, כל הזמן נתקענו בידית של הדלת. המדרגות למעלה קצרות ובמדרגות למטה חסר מעקה או זכוכית. הדשא הסינתטי בחוץ משותף עם הבית הצמוד. החניה מחוץ לבית יחסית רחבה אבל גם היא משותפת עם הדירה הצמודה אז קצת צריך להצטופף. בתקרה של הסלון לכיוון היציאה למרפסת יש סימנים של רטיבות.

Beachfront

The house is right on the beach — literally about 2 meters to the water. It’s a quiet place where there are always very few people. You can wake up, go straight into the sea, and then drink your coffee from a coffee machine and throw little stones into the sea while sitting on the sand. There is also a new children’s playground right in front of the house. Without a car it might feel a bit remote, but I stayed without one and didn’t have any problems — there are a few restaurants on delivery apps (Foody and Wolt), and food usually arrives within an hour. Lidl supermarket is just 4 km away (but in a summer it is quite a walk). There is a bus stop in front of the house, but the bus comes only once in two hour or so. The beach is sandy with stones. For about 50 meters the water is only knee-deep. It’s great for families with children. The house has been recently renovated. There’s everything you might need. There is a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube) and excellent Wi-Fi. The bed linen is nice.

This is a townhouse, so you may have neighbours on one or both sides.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison ist wirklich voll ok, habe allerdings mal in den Sommermonaten geschaut, da wäre mir der Preis für die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit definitiv zu hoch. Wir haben uns allerdings recht wohl gefühlt und konnten uns bei Problemen direkt an die Vermieter wenden, die auch sofort reagiert haben und sehr freundlich waren. Auf der anderen Seite der Straße befindet sich ein Salzsee, an dem wir Flamingos beobachten konnten (Ende Januar)

Die Sauberkeit war anfangs nicht optimal, es wurde allerdings sofort vom Housekeeping-Manager drauf reagiert. Der Geruch im Haus oder auf der Terrasse war manchmal etwas eigenartig, allerdings nicht ständig und wir konnten nicht herausfinden, woran es lag.
