Location: We loved the "right on the beach" situation with the property, Also the amenities on offer, fully equipped kitchen, decent TV,
Good outside spaces, and the quiet.
Oh and the excellent beach right on our doorstep.
The isolation.
The house was great.
During our visit there was no infrastructure eg minimart, bar, eatery etc anywhere within walking distance.
Buses were sporadic and unreliable, more so than usual due to numerous road-closures during our stay, taxis a rarity in the immediate community, and expensive when one turned up.
The property itself was everything we hoped it would be, and I suspect that closed-down amenities nearby might actually open up for the tourist season.
We would return knowing what we know now, but it would have been a better experience if we didn't have to work everything thing out from scratch, eg getting around, and accessing shops in Larnaca without spending hours waiting for transport.

Location.
Very small (140x180) double bed with a very uncomfortable hard mattress. Owner not very flexible.

Excellent location, great house, super view on sea, responsive hosts. Super for family travel.
Have to be ready for 24/7 wave noise. There is a gang of cats watching your every step. Closest restaurants ar 10 min by car.

Die Lage vor dem Meer ist wunderschön, das Haus sehr gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Es war eine Flasche Wein und Obst bereit, wirklich sehr fein. Der Garten mit Terrasse ebenfalls schön und gut ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen, Tischen und Sesseln. Sehr praktisch ist die geschlossene Dusche im Außenbereich. Es sind immer wieder freundliche Katzen zu Besuch im Garten. Gastgeber haben sofort und gute Auskunft über Nachrichten gegeben. Gegen Ende Mai sehr ruhig, bis auf das Meeresrauschen...
Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ohne Auto. Wir waren zu Fuß und teilweise mit Bus unterwegs, dieser kommt jedoch sehr selten. Ein kleiner Imbissladen um die Ecke, nächstes Restaurant 20min. zu Fuß.
