We stayed here for 6 days. It is a really lovely house that is carefully curated with everything you need - even beach towels! Every room has a AC which came in handy on the really hot days. You can just park right outside the property, super easy (and yes you will need a car!). The house is within a gated area so it is safe and you can easily walk to the sea front (which my in laws did every morning). The host is friendly, provided all the information in advance and answered my questions promptly during my stay.
The only problem was that there was a lot of drain flies in both bathrooms, which probably was outside of the host's control.
