Just to nit pick, the access road needs some improvement.

Clean and comfortable. Hot water available . 2 double available for 4 persons. New construction but value for money
Matress was hard and pillow needs to be changed with good comfort quality. Also side table should be added which was missing

The owner is very friendly and helpful. late check out is accepted on nominal charges. I highly recommend Laxmi residency because of clean and comfortable rooms for family stay.

The facility is in its beginning stages and is not completely ready. The room is worth for the rent amount. The staff are very cooperative and helpful.
Nothing particular. However, parking and entrance to the facility is from the back side and needs proper visibility and approach.
