Urban Homestays 2BHK Solapur

Its near to station and clean and all amenities are present. A comfortable stay for family and friends. All the basic facilities which we need were all available and in working condition. Preferable to anyone who is planning to visit Solapur.

AC should be in both the rooms. Its highly suffocating to stay without AC in one of the bedroom

Cleanliness and the building was in a central location. Total value for money. I will definitely stay again.

The second bedroom's bed had drawers as headboard which might hurt. If you can paint the walls and give it more finished look, it will feel better. I'm asking a lot but it is a general comment.

We booked Urban Homestays for our family of 5 (including senior citizen parents and 1 child), our only expectation was a clean and cozy stay for us during our stay. The Urban Homestays surpassed our expectations. The location of property is extremely good with everything being in close vicinity. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well maintained. The host has taken care of even minutest details like there were slippers, towel (we did not use), hair dryer (again, not used), first aid kit. The kitchen had basic utensils and also some sugar and tea powder. There is a functional RO, Sofa, TV etc. There is an extra mattress too. Both the bathrooms have function geysers. The overall stay was very comfortable and cozy. I would love to come back whenever I am in Solapur next.

There was nothing that we did not like, except the toilet seat of one washroom which needs mending- it did not pose any functional challenge, but would be good to have it mended.
