Ground floor was clean. Big clean beds, clean towels. Garden had good flowering plants

1st floor cleanliness as it wasn’t that clean. The steps are too big to climb and very cramped

Space and facilities. Equipped kitchen. Water filter. Nice ambience

Parking can be improved

We had a wonderful stay at Shivneri by Stay Nestura during our family trip to Solapur. There were five of us, and the property was very spacious and comfortable. With two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor), along with additional futons and mattresses, it can easily accommodate a larger family or group. The house is well-equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as the living room. We especially enjoyed spending a relaxing evening together watching a movie on the TV in the living area. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a refrigerator and RO drinking water system, which made our stay very convenient. The property has three clean and well-maintained washrooms, and covered parking was a great added benefit. One of the things we appreciated most was the peaceful location. Situated away from the highway, the neighborhood is quiet and calm, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway without traffic noise. The hosts ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. Check-in was easy with the key box arrangement, and the property was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described. Although our interaction with the hosts was minimal, everything was well-organized and thoughtfully managed. Overall, we had a fantastic family stay and would happily recommend Shivneri by Stay Nestura to anyone visiting Solapur, especially families and small groups looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-maintained home away from home.
