High-end 2 Bed Retreat - AO Arena & Victoria Stn

The property was lovely, plenty of room and good storage/ cooking facilities. Both bathrooms were lovely and clean. The hosts of this stay were super lovely, helpful & attentive and always replied quickly and to the best of their ability. Location was perfect - lots of walkable places (shop for food 5 mins away) and was only a 15 min uber from heaton park and around a 20 min walk to the centre. Couldn’t recommend more 😊

The location of the property is good and check-in was straightforward. Communication was responsive when I reported issues.

There were several problems during the stay. Shortly after check-in, I reported multiple issues, including a constantly running toilet (which was quite loud overnight and affected sleep), a shared bathroom that was not accessible due to a missing door handle and being locked, and no pool cue for the table. One of the dining chairs was also wobbly. I was informed that maintenance would look into these, but none of the issues were resolved during my stay. The bathroom access issue in particular appears to have been ongoing, as it had been mentioned in a previous review on another platform. There was also some mould present in the property. Overall, the property has potential, but the lack of maintenance and unresolved issues impacted the stay. I hope these points are addressed for future guests.
