Lift was currently out of service which was a struggle even to the 8th floor. Some strange smells through some corridors, however this didn’t affect the apartment inside. Wasnt available free or cheap car parking too close. We parked 5 minutes down the road for £12 which wasnt too bad.

Close proximity to the arena
Needed more lights in the kitchen as several bulbs not working, so quite dark, carpet in ensuite bedroom quite dirty.

Location of property was good for our purposes. Fortunately there was somewhere for us to eat which turned out to be a real bonus (only recently opened); the owners were extremely helpful, and hospitable, with great food on offer - ‘Sofia Pattiserie’.
No facilities to make a drink, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms only. No information in the property about where to eat… Still waiting for return of security deposit after booking 14 December.
