Excellent and very friendly communication - nothing was too much trouble! Host was wonderful! The apartment is new - immaculately clean, plenty of storage, great kitchen, lovely bathroom, very spacious throughout, bed was huge and very comfortable, air conditioning was really effective, everything was provided. Location was fantastic, secure and safe - 6 minutes walk to the station and bus stop, could easily walk to all the beautiful churches and sites. It was so close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, supermarket, post office and the historic sites,of course. Although so central, it was really peaceful. Highly recommended and will definitely book here again - loved it!

Modern clean apartment with no clutter. Very close to the station. Eugenio was helpful and promptly answered messages.
No washing machine. Street entry via arcade was grotty.

Luxurious and tastefully renovated apartment. All is new and spotless clean. Super responsive and kind host Eugenio. And the location is perfect few minutes away from the Piazza Grande from one side and the railway station from the other side.
