Plenty of room for a family. Nice setup that includes a game room and good sized television with a play station 4. It was super close to Sutton Coldfield Park , which we wanted due to the MoRunner half marathon event going on that weekend. Beds were comfortable. Check in was pretty straightforward. There’s a key box and codes. Cold water in the fridge was nice. My boys really enjoyed playing with the PS4. They’re 8 and 5, so easy to please at this age, so that’s why I’m leaving a semi-decent review. Overall facilities were sufficient for our needs and I’m not too picky.
Instructions on how to turn on lights in the game room and how to turn on the gas hob would have been nice. There’s no coffee or tea so if you need a cup of joe, bring your own. Lastly, as per most standard booking process, access is given once you’ve submitted your IDs and £250 deposit (even for hotels). However you have to wait 14 days before the deposit is refunded. Maybe you’ll be lucky but that’s how long it took before I got it back. Usually hotels will refund your deposit a couple of days after checkout.
