The apartment is spacious, newly renovated and well equipped.
The warm water ran out of supply, somehow, after 23:00. The distance from The Little Venice and the city center is about 1.5KM, a walk of 20 minutes or so.

A large, newly renovated, clean, and spacious apartment. It features a private parking space and a fantastic terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, and everything needed for four people. Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Great location in western Colmar. The vast wine-growing region is perfect for cycling, provided you avoid the Wine Route and use the cycle paths running between the vineyards. All in all, a lovely stay, a wonderful apartment, an exciting area, but:
The apartment is not single-level as claimed in the description, I quote: "Accessibility: Entire unit located on ground floor" The staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom is steep and lacks a handrail. This information should be updated on the website to prevent booking errors.
