Appartement moderne esprit loft avec balcon centre Colmar proche gare et Place Rapp

Spacious and well kept modern apartment. 2 large bedrooms and big living area. It has enough space to sleep 6 persons. All things are well taken care, though we just stayed for a day. Colmar old town is just a short walk from the apartment and free parking was a big plus.

Only ask would be to provide for a ventilator or aircon for bedrooms.

Having just come from the small rooms of a riverboat, this was like walking into a palace. The second floor (elevator) apartment looks directly over a very large treed park, with grassy areas, statues, water feature and kids playground. There are 2 balconies, one off the living and dining area and one off the kitchen, which was very well stocked. We could have easily prepared meals there, but our visit was just two days and we ate out. The market is two blocks away and we picked up breakfast there. The apartment is an IKEA furnished apartment, new, sleek lines and comfortable. Having a washing machine was a requirement in our lodging search, and they had a large drying rack and ironing supplies too. The parking is private, about half a block away. The spartment was set up for a family, not just a couple, but we found it to be an excellent place to stay while we explored Colmar. Old town is diagonally through the park and one block down.

Everything was fine. The toilet and small sink was in a room separate from the shower and large sink and washing machine, which was different for us, and possibly a great thing with a family! In a perfect world, I'd like more lighting in the shower room but it was fine.
