Dvije palme

The location is perfect, only 6 mins from Kvaternikov Trg, the last stop from the bus coming from the airport to Zagreb. You can walk to almost anywhere from this apartment, Upper town ,lower town, Central bus station, and trams and buses pass by 1 street down the place. Mcdonalds is one street away from here, about 5 mins away. There is also a Konzum supermarket opposite Mcdonalds and a farmers market further down. Comfort: It had wifi. lcd tv, airconditioner, kitchenette with 2 hobs, a small fridge freezer, electric kettle, good sized shower and toilet with sink, confortable double bed, towels. It had all that was necessary. Small apartment, but excellent for a couple on a budget and even more than that. Maybe an airfryer or microwave would have been nice to have, but we never cooked there anyway. Do not be fooled by the outside and entry (common areas) to the apartment as they are not well kept, but the apartment has been refurbished to very good quality when you compare it to others and the price was excellent. It is also a very quiet place, no noises whatsoever. The owner is very friendly and speaks english. He answers whasapp messages immediately and does not bother you at all. All in all, if I were to go to Zagreb again, I will surely check if this place is available first.

The only think I did not like, but did not effect me as I was living in the apartment and not the common area was that the common area, the stairs and the facade are not well kept, but it has nothing to do with the owner of the apartment. Also the back yard requires a makeover, but once again, you are living in the apartment, and the apartment is comfortable and has all the boxes ticked.
