Washing machine not working (half-full of smelly dirty water), I needed to defrost the freezer on arrival to be able to use it, I needed to unblock the shower drain on arrival else the water would overflow the shower recess, apartment is very warm in summer with just one sub-basement window able to be opened facing a busy street therefore no privacy if security shutters opened, much of the kitchen pots and fans require a good cleaning to remove oil residue, shower area needs a thorough cleaning to remove accumulated dirt and mold.

Appartamento carino e accogliente in una buona posizione.

Unica pecca la porta del bagno (scorrevole) di difficile apertura e chiusare. Non era specificato che i parcheggi nelle vicinanza sono tutti a pagamento.

Cistoca je mogla biti bolja. Vrata od toaleta su razvaljena te ih je tesko otvoriti. Puno vlage u apartmanu s obzirom da je u podrumu, sto je problem ljeti.
