Чудове розташування апартаментів. Тиша навколо. Багато кухонного приладдя, але мені не вистачало мікрохвильової печі.

Very good communication with host. Easy self check-in and check out. In a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to city center (20-30 min). Free parking on the street. Kitchen good and equipper for light cooking and eating. Ok value for money.
Small shower that does not fully close, living room wall and ceiling cracked (old house), no curtains, kitchen tap not properly mounted (no functional problem, just feels shabby), only one roll of toilet paper (we had to buy more).
Photos look better than property feels.

The apartment is very close to the city centre and Maksimir park. The area around is very clean and very peaceful. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities needed. It is also very clean as well. The host had good recommendations for the city.
There is a little bit of humidity in the apartment, and the furniture is a bit old and worn, but nothing too much.

stayed for two nights. nice position, between center and Maksimir. peaceful place at least during weekends. Found the parking spot in the street, right away.
Clear instructions how to get into the apartment. liked the neighbourhood. it has everything near, there is a small market in the same building, and few others very close, and local caffes.
Flat is at the top of the building, nice sunrises...
something was making crackling sounds, but rarely, perhaps refridgerator. bed is too small for two but there is a sofa in the living room as extra.
not fully clean (freezer in the fridge, some extra bed linen in wardrobe doesnt seem clean or maybe is old, some old dirty clothes holders etc.).
some parts need to be repaired like shower cabin, entry doors dont latch but ok, they lock etc.
Weak wall isolation to adjacent apartment (noisy in the morning).
