De woning was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin. Dichtbij supermarkten, winkelboulevard en speeltuinen. Goede uitvalsbasis door nabijheid van de snelweg voor bezoek aan o.a. Almería (20 min), en Tabernas en Cabo de Gata wat verder (40 min). Strand op 10 min loopafstand was voor ons ook prima. Host goed bereikbaar.
Redelijk drukke straat nog, dichtbij een school. Hierdoor op meerdere momenten van de dag behoorlijk luidruchtig ook. Bedden niet allemaal even prettig. Verouderde vaatwasser met roest. Weinig reserve beddengoed. Warm water niet altijd voldoende beschikbaar.
