About this apartment rental
1st room: one double bed + 1 additional single bed (folding-bed, you chose if you want to use it and in which room)
2nd room: two single beds

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and all the necessary cooking utensils.
GUEST ACCESS
The premises provide a shared swimming pool, outside shower and lift.
Private parking is also available and included in the price.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Almería is Spain's best kept secret! The apartment is ideally located in a central location. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk and the Marina is 200m away.
You will find lovely bars & restaurants open every day in this area.
'La Envia Golf Club' golf course is 7 km away (around 4 miles).
GETTING AROUND
The closest Airport is Almería, the apartment is located at a 20 minute drive from there. At the airport you will be able to find many low cost car rentals.
Alternatively, if you are not planning to explore the region around Almería, you can get around easily by Taxi.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
With more than 3000 hours of sunshine per year and the lowest annual rainfall in Europe, it is only natural that this place was chosen as an ideal site for the largest solar-energy center in Europe, the CIEMAT-Plataforma Solar de Almería,PSA, which can be visited with prior arrangement.
One can enjoy what is probably the cleanest sky in all of Europe, proof of which is Europe's second largest astronomical observatory, Calar Alto.

My family spent 4 weeks through August at Christelles The apartment was clean and spacious, with lovely views. It had everything we required including a coffee machine. We spent many days around the pool. 10 min walk to beach, restaurants and buses.
Would stay again.

The apartment was large and spacious, very clean and everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay, even a welcome pack of fruit tea beer and water which was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful panoramic sea view, 10 minutes walk from the beach and local restaurant's and tapas bars. There is a steep hill which leads up the apartment from the main road but is managable. Pleanty of on street parking outside the apartment, very quiet area.. We met the owners parents on our arrival, who were very helpful and pleasant . Nothing was too much trouble when we needed to get in touch with the owner, Christelle, who replied to us very promptly. There is a swimming pool for use of residence with w/c and showers, very clean, and was never crowded at all, take your own pool/beach towels.
We would wholly recommend this apartment to anybody.
It is very central approx 20 minutes drive fro. Almeria nd also 17-20 minutes to Roquetes de Mar, 25 minutes from the airport.
We loved our stay and would stay there again
