From website it show got electrical kettle but when I reach no electrical kettle. The wall showing water stain. Then sink has water leaking. Remote aircond not working. Don't have basic shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer which I thought would have. But good thing is the staff friendly told me can change room as my sink leaking. There got water filter with hot and cold water so I am fine without electrical kettle. But the towel and pillow case got blackish and yellowish stain. But the location is good. Easily assessible to eatery. There is miscommunication with the staff that I told to repair my leaking sink when I not in the room but not doing so until I leave my hotel as they thought they shouldn't enter my room without me inside my room. And the lift left broken not repair. Hard for those have many luggage or leg pain to carry up to 2nd floor although the staff can offer help
