The Studio Haven

very clean

no garbage bin

It was clean and organized, and very comfortable. The place is also accessible, near restaurants and 24hr mini mart.

Nothing, everything is good.

It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.

The unit is called The Studio Haven, which adds some confusion because the location link provided in the booking opens Google Maps to a completely different area. It took two phone calls and two different cab drivers to finally find the place. On top of that, there are multiple Mesavirre properties (Mesavirre Residences, Garden Residence, H2G Garden Residence, The Cube @ Mesavirre Garden Residence), which makes it even harder to locate. The listing also says there is a lockbox with a key and that a code would be provided, or that we could ask the staff. However, the staff were unsure how to access the key and seemed confused about the process. They did their best to help and a key was located Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the description mentions a bed, a double bed, and a sofa bed. In reality, there is one double bed and a thin mattress pad in the cupboard. If someone were to sleep on that pad on the floor, anyone needing to use the washroom at night would have to step over them. The listing also states there is a tumble dryer, but there is no washer or dryer in the unit. The listing also mentioned that toiletries were included. In reality, there’s only a small bar of soap and an unlabelled pump in the shower that appears to be body wash or shampoo but it’s unclear. The listing also states that there is a safety deposit box, but there isn’t one in the room.
