H2G Mesavirre Garden Residence

We liked that the property was comfortable and suitable for 4 people, with enough beddings and useful amenities like a fridge, cooking stove, and utensils. We also appreciated how responsive and helpful the owner was in quickly resolving issues with the pool passes and internet. Despite a few minor inconveniences, We were overall satisfied with your stay and felt it was worth recommending to others.

We didn’t like that there were only 3 towels provided for 4 guests, the internet connection was unstable and seemed limited for multiple users, and the pool passes were initially expired. We also noticed that there was no knife available in the kitchen utensils.

Accessibility

Nothing that I didn't like about the property... suggestion: better to have guest slippers or rubber slippers in the bathroom.

First time at H2G had a great stay. Excellent communication, easy check in, great security as well. Tried to rebook on my return trip was booked sadly but I still stayed at H2G.

Nothing not to like

The location. The flat is accessible and near to the mall. The flat was also clean although there are some areas which seemed untouched as there are some dust. The host was updating us about check in instructions which was good. Check in process and guaranteed parking was excellent. Kitchenette was equipped and funtional.

The bed. It was a bit small and it makes sound everytime you move. The matress was also hard on the back. Pillows are bit old. Internet access had a problem around 6:00 pm. We informed the host and after more than an hour it was restored. The internet access failed again around 10:00 pm and we had to check out early morning as we have a client meeting and internet was no longer restored. We have updated the host via P2G but host was no longer responsive. We hope we can get compensation for the WiFi issue. Clock was only for display and non funtcional. The view was a construction site where noise can be disturbing at times.
