Sometimes a good stay is not at all about how deluxe your room is but all about the caring, dedicated host. Khatuna has that rare talent for making her guest feel right at home in her company. She doesn’t greet you with a rehearsed cheerfulness, not a single ounce of artifice. She has a genuine desire to show off her beautiful hometown. Can’t blame her for wanting to take you for evening walks - her house is in a perfect location to explore the town treasures. And the stories she shared about her family were touching indeed. My vaccation was very interesting because I had a possibility to go to Tskaltubo to visit Khatunas's Home after I made a reservation. My stay at Khatuna's Home was great.Despite the fact that weather was really not blessed outside , the room I reserved was so cosy cleaned and nice.There was an electric kettle and tea- set in the room.It made me feel comfortable because I had tea at any time I wished Khatuna appeared a very good and interesting guide.She took me to very famous #6 Tskaltubo warm bathes on my request .I had really good time in Tskaltubo accompanied by Khatuna. The location is in the very center . Comfortable and easy to reach. restaurants ,pharmacy,shops, markets and others are around ,just 2 walk 's distance. I was happy and strongly reccomend to visit Khatuna's Home

This lovely homestay was such an amazing find and made the beginning of my trip to Georgia unforgettable. Khutuna is such a friendly, warm and caring host. She helped with everything, including booking treatments, taxis and restaurant recommendations, so my stay went smoothly. The guest part of the house is on the first floor and has been recently refurbished. Khutuna and her family have only been in the house a year and are renovating it. First impressions from outside may worry some people, but honestly, when you get to the guest part and your room, you will find simple, comfortable and good value rooms. The room I had was spacious, homely, very clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable and there was always hot water available for a shower. The location is very central so you can get to restaurants, shops and the mineral springs easily. If you do not want to walk, Bolt is very cheap. Khutuna will also prepare breakfast for a small fee. She speaks some English and happily uses Google Translate. Her son speaks good English and also helps out. Highly Recommended!

Honestly, everything was wonderful. If I was being picky, maybe access to an electric kettle in the guest part of the house, although Khutuna will always boil some water if needed.
