Stayed at Chippy Inn, Tharamani from May 3rd to May 9th during an official work trip, as my office work was at Elnet Software City. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay experience. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. The distance to Elnet Software City is very manageable and convenient for professionals working around the Tharamani area. The property is located near Kadhar Bhai Biryani close to Tharamani Link Road, making it easy to identify and access. However, the surroundings are usually crowded and the street leading to the property is comparatively narrow. The room facilities were surprisingly good and well-maintained. The room was equipped with a latest LG Inverter A/C, 43-inch TCL TV, Jio Fibre TV connection, free WiFi, and a clean washroom with modern fittings and faucets. The overall room setup felt modern and comfortable for both short and extended stays. Complimentary breakfast was provided daily. The food was neither exceptional nor disappointing — it was decent enough for busy workdays. Since there are not many good restaurants nearby, food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato become the primary option for lunch and dinner. Another highlight was the dining/pantry area on the third floor. It is a spacious and properly constructed dining setup, not just a temporary terrace arrangement. Morning tea and coffee availability at the pantry was quite helpful and added to the convenience. The staff members were extremely polite, supportive, and service-oriented throughout my stay. Special thanks to Tiko Sheik and Haarish for their warm hospitality and assistance. Housekeeping was also handled very well, with Tiko Sheik and another staff member ensuring the room was maintained neatly every day. Hotel rooms are decent, but they are not changing towels and bedsheets despite repeated requests. We stayed for 4 days. And they charged 1000 rupees for the loss of RD card without any receipt at the time of departure.
