The staff was quite helpful, one of them lent me 300 rupees to pay for my laundry.
The breakfast was nutritious. They were happy to provide an extra bedsheet when requested.
They only asked me once whether I wanted the room cleaned, right when I got back in the evening on the first day. I asked them to take out the trash, which they did once, but not again. I didn't get breakfast 3 out of the 7 days (I think the provider had some issues), but no compensation was offered.

Staff mainly were really helpfull, the boy on the reception even came to shop with me to buy some food when i landed in chennai 3am, got nothing to eat and no indian currency on me.
Missing basic ammenerities like soap, bathroom was not much clean but not worst. You will have to pay advance secure the room even though booking.com says no prepayment needed. (They have this as terms not titles)
