The apartment is a semi-basement, meaning that even in warm weather, the temperature was cool and AC was not necessary.
Public transport options were great and we could reach any part of the city as the main bus station is very close, a few minutes on foot.
These are really just minor inconveniences: Because of limitations of a semi basement, the bathroom is a bit small and you cannot use the toilet while standing (at least I, as a tall person, couldn't). And the washing machine is in the storage room where the ceiling is very low and you need to enter and turn it on while crouching.

Very thoughtful decor and arrangement! For example, there's emergency period products in the bathroom and the wifi box is hidden so it doesn't flash in your face at night.
We didn't make much use of the kitchen but it seemed pretty well fitted out for a studio apartment.
The compact arrangement left the bathroom with a slightly odd arrangement that means you have to go through the shower to get to the toilet - not great if the shower's just been used. But slippers were thoughtfully provided to mitigate this.
Very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the building that seeps into the flat.
