Blisko sklep, przystanek i ogólnie dobrze wyposażone mieszkanko :)
Były problemy z ciepłą wodą, ale można spróbować się dostosować i „zgrać” z nią - po prostu polować na ciepła :)

Apartamentul in sine este ok, comunicarea cu gazda ireprosabila. Apartamentul este ideal pentru tranzit sau cineva care doreste o cazare fainuta la un cost extrem de competitiv
Blocul in care este situat apartamentul nu-ti inspira 100% incredere si unii locatari par putin dubiosi (nimic grav sau cu probleme de siguranta) dar probabil blocul este locuit preponderent de persoane cu statut social mai mic / carora le pasa mai putin de reguli si ordine (miros de fumat in interior de ex, lucruri lasate in spatiile comune etc). Din pacate proprietarul nu are cum sa aibe o influenta asupra acestor aspecte, insa fac parte din experienta.
