The apartment was clean, the host was on hand 24/7 and fantastic I must say nothing was too much trouble for him. The balcony had the sun all day, the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, we had an oven microwave all you needed to make breakfast dinner and lunch if you required, the bathroom and shower was great and had everything we needed, the bedroom had air-con wardrobes with plenty of space, also we had a pool and sun beds that hardly anyone used whilst we were there. Very close to 6 bars and restaurants, then it’s. 10 minute stroll into the old town where there is plenty of bars and restaurants, then I would say a 15 minute walk to the strip, where you will find a fantastic beach more bars and restaurants, then live music in a lot of bars in the evening.
The apartments are mainly populated by locals, the bed could have done with being a bit more sturdy.

Buona posizione, struttura carina e analoga alle strutture presenti a Puerto del Carmen, più moderna rispetto alla media. Spaziosa e con tutto quello che serve. Il proprietario molto disponibile via whatsapp
Il letto è rumoroso e scomodo, con un materasso molto sottile. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puzzavano di umido e abbiamo dovuto lavarli. Doccia tiepida con poca pressione, difficile lavarsi i capelli

The bed was the main problem - thin uncomfortable mattress - 35 nights × 8hrs was difficult. We couldn't easily replace it ourselves. Some kitchen stuff were scarce e.g. 2 tea mugs and 2 teaspoons. The sofa was small.
