La ubicación está muy bien. Es una zona tranquila y nada ruidosa, pero a la vez se puede llegar fácilmente andando al centro de Puerto del Carmen. Hay varios supermercados muy cerca y, aunque el alojamiento no dispone de aparcamiento propio, siempre encontramos sitio para aparcar por los alrededores. La piscina también nos gustó mucho. Además, queremos destacar la atención del propietario. Estuvo pendiente de nosotras durante la estancia y respondió rápidamente cuando tuvimos un problema.
Al llegar encontramos bastantes hormigas en el baño, incluso había una cucaracha muerta, y en general la limpieza del baño no era la mejor. Se lo comunicamos al propietario y reaccionó enseguida: habló con nosotras y al día siguiente envió a un equipo de limpieza que solucionó el problema. Después estuvo muy atento, preguntándonos si todo estaba bien y si habían vuelto a aparecer hormigas, cosa que agradecimos mucho.

Es un apartamento muy apañado para echar unos dias en Lanzarote, esta equipado con todo para que la estancia sea agradable
Era un poco desagradable tener que estar alerta normalmente en la zona de la cocina porque salian cuarachas pequeñas por la encimera y la cocina como tal
