Property was spacious, the living area comfortable and had a large TV, there was a shoe rack near the door to neatly arrange shoes, a humidifier to cleanse and scent the air, aircons in the living room and all three bedrooms. There were 3 bedrooms with big beds, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was strong. There was a stove with oven although we did not get to use it. The unit also had 3 bathrooms, the ensuite with a bath tub. There was a laundry area with a good sized washing machine and a drying rack which really came handy because all the laundromats were full and we ran out of fresh clothes 1 week into our vacation. There was free internet too and cable TV. The building was just a walking distance to Okada Manila. My family and I had a great stay. We appreciated the spacious unit, its facilities, and its short distance from the malls. I was concerned my two young boys might make a ruckus in a small space so I made sure to get a big unit. What do you know, my two grown girls who both have their own residential units nearby and had planned to stay with us on Xmas Eve and Xmas Day only, upon seeing the unit, decided to join us for the duration of our stay. The owner/manager Stephen was so gracious and generous. He upgraded our unit from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom one without additional cost.

There was no bidet in the ensuite bathroom and in one other bathroom. Lighting was bad in the bathrooms too. There were beddings hastily stuffed inside the closet and one smelled pretty bad. So I did not use that closet. I booked for 4 pax but we were given only 3 towels. We were told the towels were still in the laundry but a fresh one would be coming as soon as it was available. None came. (It was good I brought disposable towels.) I was also a little concerned that the kitchen window was transparent, had no curtain or blinds and directly faced one of the elevator banks. With the lights on if one is using the kitchen at night, anyone stepping from or into that elevator can very well see what was going on inside the kitchen. There was also an unwashed baking tray tucked inside the kitchen cabinet. The dining area was a little cramped and the table small. There was a staged pile of books in the living area bearing great titles but it was just made of cardboard. (I would have appreciated real books.) But what we did not like most was the lack of cellular phone connection throughout the building. And since the internet was confined only inside the unit, booking a ride was a hassle.

Helpful staff: we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom unit. Superb location. Safe vicinity. The pool wasn't crowded. Beautiful spot. Recommended!
