Very nice location in close proximity to Okada casino and many good restaurants. Unfortunately the room was lacking cleaning supplies in the kitchen and toilet seat in one of the CRs wasbroken and not attached. Hostess Qwen was quick in bringing trash bags an extra toilet paper to our unit. She and staff were very professional and friendly!
One of the bedroom windows was actualy missing (perhaps from typhoon Uwan?). It was replaced with just a section of drywall. I was concerned because of how close the lower portion was to the floor. Could be disastrous for kids.

The location was ok, it was outside of Central Manilla and was a bit isolated, however it was directly opposite Okada Casino, which had numerous restuarants and retail shops. So you do have several dining options and there is a seven eleven juts a minute's walk away for your basic groceries.
The hosts could have left some commodities in the room, such as tea and coffee, bottled water, bathroom amenities rather than a half a roll of toilet paper, between two bathrooms. The laundry was not operational, it was overall disappointing
