Near the places we want to visit. Free parking.
The beds are not comfortable. The kingsize bed frame is uneven and making squeaky sound when moving/changing position. The couch is really not a sofa bed. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom with the tub. The floor got wet when we took a shower.

Location was great, it w as easy to walk to Okada or take Grab cars into city. The building view if you are facing the water and are high enough is nice. Pool and Gym are good.
The apartment is a little worn, pictures are from when it was clearly new. Apartment needed a deep clean. Its like its been rented over and over and just lightly cleaned in between each time, resulting in things like soap scum marks all over the taps, dirt trapped in corners, mirrors and windows that have smear marks around the edges. While I try not to be picky in philippines, the cost per night of this apartment, I was able to get a similar one last time in BGC that was really clean and modern.
