Die Lage war perfekt! Pigneto ist ein sehr schönes Viertel und trotz der doch recht belebten Umgebung der Unterkunft mit charmanten Bars und Restaurants war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Metro der Linie C ist in etwa 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und funktional und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Frühstück besteht aus kleinen Cornflakes-Packungen, Zwieback und Milchbrötchen mit Marmelade und Nutella als Aufstrich, Kaffee und Tee sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!

Die Wohnung ist im Soutterain gelegen und es riecht etwas feucht, wenn man am Ende des Tages wieder zurückkehrt und alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen waren. Wir hatten ein wenig mit Ameisen zu kämpfen, die nicht von den schon aufgestellten Fallen nicht erfasst wurden. Wir konnten uns aber mit dem vorhandenen Staubsauger gut behelfen.

Bon emplacement, bien desservi par les transports en commun. Quartier assez jeune et vivant. Malgré tout, l’appartement est calme. Petit plus, il dispose d’un petit jardin pour un petit déjeuner en extérieur et pour les fumeurs. Propre, bon matelas et bien équipé. Bref, peu de défauts.

Peut-être le rideau de douche et les rideaux occultant la lumière du matin mal dimensionnés.

The apartment is located relatively close to tourist activities, as well as proximate to restaurants.

This apartment is essentially situated in a basement-like area, which upon arrival, was not clean appearing. Upon entry into the outdoor area, for example, I noticed overgrown weeds and a patio that needs some power washing, unlike the pictures provided online. Inside was generally clean, though over the course of three days, I had to kill approx. 10 gnats/flies; in addition, there were insect traps on the kitchen floor. The area where the property is located is described as lively, though I would describe it as a bit dirty. Finally, and probably the worst part, is that the interior insulation of the apartment isn't great. For example, the upstairs neighbors constantly walked at night -- through 2:00am for two of the three days, making it difficult to sleep well due to the noise. It was a less expensive stay that resulted in less comfort overall.
