The house preserves the authentic atmosphere of traditional summer holidays, when vacations lasted from June to September. The owners prefer longer stays, allowing you to fully enjoy the home: sunbathing on the rooftop terrace, dining with a view of the Gulf of Naples, or having breakfast or watching the sunset on the main terrace.
The location is unique, offering a stunning panorama and proximity to the sea—perfect if you want to walk to the waterfront, just 300 meters away, where you’ll find beach clubs and boat rentals. The marina village, only 400 meters away, has two grocery shops and several restaurants. About 3 km away, there are supermarkets and other shops that can deliver groceries to the house.
Casa Mediterranea is also ideal for those who love to stroll and discover the charming lanes of Massa Lubrense. The house doesn’t follow a minimalist or modern style, but reflects the stories and passion of those who have lived here.
