About this apartment rental
Villa Dimora Emilia is an ancient dimora of end 700's and consists of two pretty and independent apartments.
On the second floor there is a spacious living area room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner fully equipoed, all with lovely antique furniture and a bathroom with shower for a total of 2 +2 guests.
There is also a large shared terrace and solarium with barbecue area and partial sea view; the kitchen is also equipped with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, glasses, breakfast cups, mats and all other daily necessities; this apartment is equipped with all facilities: Tv, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating and towels-bedding.
Another comfortable studio-apartment on the third floor consists of a living/ dining area with kitchen corner fully equipped, a double sofa bed, and bathroom with a chromotherapy-hydromassage shower; outside there's a large private terrace overlooking the ocean and the Gulf of Naples (max 2 people).
It's located in Schiazzano of Massa Lubrense close to Sorrento (approx 9 km) and Amalfi coast (Positano Ravello and Amalfi.)
The entire villa has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms for a total of 6+1 guests; it is fully equipped, even with heating and air conditioning, allowing you to stay all year round.
We reccomend to hire a car.

We stayed in this spacious and clean apartment. The villa is very nice with antique cotto and antique furniture. The terrace of the apartment is spacious and ideal for special dinners. Mr. Alex was kind and courteous and he organized a great day at Capri with private boat and pick-up car service. He also recommended the Restaurant "Lo Scantinato da Michele" nearby left side of building with grey gate color and we also had a discount because we are the guest villa. It eats very well and has a beautiful patio nestled with lemon trees ... fantastic scent !. Thank you and I highly recommend this property. Ciao Frank
