Top of a peaceful villa in a small quiet and green cul-de-sac offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a real haven of peace. (the downstairs is unoccupied when you are there to prioritize your privacy/tranquility)
The accommodation
VILLA IXORA
Villa Ixora is a pretty typical house fully equipped renovated with 5 rooms, spacious and comfortable + a beautiful terrace giving a panoramic view of the garden and the mountain.
The house being located in a wooded cul-de-sac without direct vis-à-vis, you will enjoy a private garden of 1000m2, in order to relax with family/friends in a very soothing setting punctuated by the fields of birds and the sound of the trade winds on the trees .
The location is ideal and peaceful, the beach of Grande-Anse and the restaurant les cocotiers are 5min from the villa.
The accommodation
On the large covered terrace, you will find a dining table + garden furniture to relax.
We provide travelers with 1 charcoal barbecue for excellent grills.
Inside, you will find a living room equipped with a TV + WIFI Internet.
This living room is ventilated thanks to its opening which opens directly onto the terrace.
The living room then opens onto the dining room with a dining area. The villa has 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, electric hob, electric hood, Nespresso ...) gives direct access to the terrace.
The two bathrooms (one in the master suite equipped with a bathtub and a bidet + one for the other two bedrooms equipped with a whirlpool shower) are equipped with storage cupboards, towel rack, separate toilet.
After a day at the beach or discovering Guadeloupe, take the time to relax on the terrace of Villa Ixora. The accommodations are equipped with a 2200-litre water tank to counter the many water cuts suffered on the island. You will benefit from a swimming pool of 3.51X5.51m to cool off and relax.
