About this villa rental
Beautiful 160 m² villa with a breathtaking view of Marie Galante, 2 km from the beach, 7 km from the Carbet Falls, and close to the village.
It features a very bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both opening onto the main terrace overlooking the infinity pool. Upstairs, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
At your disposal: a half-size pool table, an exercise bike, board games, a hammock...
The 8m x 10m infinity pool is salt-treated and equipped with an alarm. It will delight young and old alike for moments of fun or relaxation.
The villa has a parking area where you can easily park several cars.
In the event of a water outage, the villa is equipped with a rainwater cistern.
Pets are allowed, but the 1,320 m² property is not fenced.
A plancha grill is also available.
A separate one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the villa will be able to accommodate up to 12 people starting in August 2021.
It can also be rented on its own, separately from the villa, but without access to the pool.
Wi-Fi is available but has slow speeds
The main advantage of this neighborhood is that it’s very quiet, close to amenities (restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, etc.), and just 2 km from the fully equipped Roseau Beach. For surfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts, the beaches at Bananiers and Sainte Claire are less than 10 km away.
The villa’s location on Basse-Terre is also ideal for hiking (Carbet Falls is 7 km away and La Soufrière is just 16 km away). And to explore Les Saintes, the boat departure point is nearby in Trois Rivières (13 km).
