About this villa rental
The FLEUR D'ÉPÉE villa with Creole architecture can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children.
Its privileged location (in the center of the island) will allow you to radiate as much in Basse Terre, as in Grande Terre, or at the local beach which is 2 minutes away by car.
A water sports centre is set up on this beach, which will offer you the opportunity to book a personal watercraft ride, a diving trip, an aquagym class, or even rent a paddle...
The house is arranged as follows:
First floor:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 1 double bed and TV
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds, a double bed 140 and 1 single bed with television
- 1 powder room
- 1 kitchen open to a living room equipped with a television
- 1 laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- 1 toilet
The first floor is composed of 2 terraces. The first is on the kitchen side with a plancha area that will allow you to eat in the shade after 1pm.
A second one in front of the house, with a dining area facing the pool.
To the side of the house, you can enjoy a living room sheltered from the rain and sun.
On the first floor:
- 1 air-conditioned master bedroom with 1 bed 160 and a bed 90, equipped with a desk and a television
- 1 bathroom with a double bathtub and a spacious shower
- 1 separate toilet
A LECLERC shopping center is about 1 kilometer away. In this shopping mall, there is a tobacconist, a florist, an ATM, 2 jewelry stores, NOCIBE, Yves Rocher...
Also, a bakery located 800 meters from the house will delight you.

A car is recommended in order to fully enjoy our beautiful island.

Very private property close to highways, beaches and airport. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant swimming pool surrounded by tropical vegetation, close to grocery stores and bakery.

After exploring the beautiful beaches and forests of Guadeloupe, the 8 of us stayed in for dinner every night. With the great supermarket nearby, Géant Casino, we could buy the best ingredients, cheese bread wine etc and with the fish market in Pointe a Pitre we ate like kings. Beautiful kitchenware. Great dishes. Great appliances. The house was perfect with all its different sitting areas, we really could use the house well. The pool and spa were the best to start and end our day. And ideally located!

Wonderful home and perfect for a family or a few couples. Pool is lovely, and all photos of the property are accurate. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night!! Modern systems and finishes inside and out made the house comfortable and easy to stay in. Definitely recommend and would love to come stay again!!
