LES GWADA VILLAS is a magnificent set of two luxury villas just 15 meters apart: CIEL DE KAZ (T4 villa of 150m2 with swimming pool) and KAZ TIBOU (T3 villa of 100m2 with jacuzzi).
For you, 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms, a swimming pool for fun, a jacuzzi to relax, beautiful exotic wooden terraces for lazing around and sunbathing in complete privacy, two outdoor showers, a tropical garden where birds mulch, a hammock , a BBQ for convivial evenings…
Also at your exclusive disposal: WIFI Internet, comfortable bedding, silent air conditioners and mosquito nets for peaceful nights, washing machine / dryer for light travel, complete HIFI equipment, hyper-equipped kitchen, parking, baby equipment on request ( cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, etc.).
Chic and spacious, the two villas combine Creole tradition and modernity ... you will feel so good! The furniture is as comfortable as it is design. The decoration is refined and authentic (fresh tropical flowers, trinkets of Caribbean artists). Reception on the first day from 4.30 p.m. Departure on the last day at 11 am at the latest.
Price all charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning, Internet) and table, bed and toilet linen provided on arrival (except beach and pool sheets).
Security deposit due on arrival: € 1000 payable by check (in euros).
Renewal of sheets during the stay (optional): 100 euros.
End of stay cleaning (optional): 160 euros.
Baby equipment (optional): travel cot, high chair, bath, potty: 25 euros.

2 villas réservées pour 4 couples. 4 salles de bain complètes et 2 wc supplémentaires. Cuisine très bien equipée avec des ustensiles et de l'électroménager de qualité. Le site est éloigné des magasins pour les achats de première nécessité mais proche de tous les centres d'intérêt de la basse terre.

Blottie dans un écrin de verdure et au calme, la villa est idéale pour rayonner sur toute la Guadeloupe. Parfaitement équipée, chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain, la terrasse est très agréable et la petite piscine est un must !!
Isabelle et Sylvain sont des hôtes attentionnés et disponibles. C'est une excellente adresse que je recommande. Nous reviendrons très bientôt.
