One-Bedroom Vacation Rental


The Harz Valley vacation rental is located on the 12th floor of Tower 3 in the complex. 
The apartment’s bright and cozy living room features a large, new sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a dining area, and a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and the Burgbergbahn. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a small tabletop oven, and cooking utensils. The bedroom, which features a large double bed (180x200), a wardrobe, and a TV, also opens onto the balcony. The sunny balcony is furnished with patio furniture.
The newly renovated bathroom rounds out the amenities.

The Apartment Haus is divided into 3 towers with a shared entrance hall. On the 2nd floor of Tower 2, you’ll also find the large, well-maintained swimming pool (10x20m), the saunas and relaxation area, as well as a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a large terrace. You may use these facilities free of charge.
The second floor also houses the bowling alley (15 EUR per hour) and the coin-operated washing machine and dryer. You can purchase laundry tokens (2 EUR) from the building superintendent.
Our vacation apartments—Carpe Diem, Memory, and Harz Valley—are located in Towers 2 and 3. 

After your outing, why not relax in the free sauna, play a round of table tennis or foosball, or perhaps go bowling? The bowling alley is not open to the public, but you can rent it for a fee. 
The complex includes a large parking lot that you can use free of charge. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
