38661 Bad Harzburg, Kurhausstr. 18 The vacation apartment is located in a large residential complex on the 9th floor of Tower 3. A balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. The 55 m³ apartment consists of a living room with an adjoining dining area and kitchen. The bedroom is separate. A bathroom and a hallway complete the layout. The residential complex is located on a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest and is accessible by car. Parking spaces are available. On the 2nd floor, there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be used depending on availability. Many attractions are within walking distance (shopping promenade, saltwater bath, spa park, and mini-golf). The apartment has step-free access and is also suitable for people with physical disabilities. In addition to the accommodation rate of 59 euros per night, there is a one-time cleaning fee of 50 euros. A laundry package is available for 15 euros per person. A visitor’s tax of 3.00 euros per person per night is charged for guests aged 18 and older. You may bring a small dog (20 euros extra).

The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc.
