This cozy, lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment (sleeps 5 plus a baby) is located at Amsbergstr. 5a on the first floor and offers 70 square meters of space across 3 rooms.
The living room features a large, comfortable sofa set with a reading nook where at least two people can sleep. Flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, a second TV, and a crib for our youngest guests. Blackout blinds and curtains.
The dining room, with a dining table and 6 chairs, is perfect for shared meals or a cozy game night. A high chair is available, as well as a recliner for one person. Blackout blinds and curtains. Radio with CD player.
The kitchen has everything you need on vacation, such as an oven and ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment in a separate compartment above it. Dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster for four slices. Blender and children’s tableware provided. Espresso cups, yogurt spoons, and stylish tableware.
Nespresso capsules can be purchased for a small fee. Many types of tea are provided free of charge. A small balcony with a small table and two chairs is accessible from the kitchen.
There is a designated parking spot for your car behind the house. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Various toiletries are also provided.
A linens package, consisting of bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat, can be optionally booked for €20.00 per person.

Guests with a disability rating between 70% and 100% receive a 50% discount upon presentation of proof. A copy would be appreciated. International guests must present a valid ID card.
