Charming Atmosphere

The Magnolia Arch: You are on one of Charlotte’s most iconic streets. The "tunnel" of 100-year-old willow oaks is a local treasure—tell your guests to look up!

Protected Heritage: Dilworth was Charlotte’s first "streetcar suburb." Because it is a protected Local Historic District, you’ll see the original 1920's charm preserved in every wrap-around porch and manicured garden.

Food & Wellness

The Local’s Choice: 300 East: Set in a restored Victorian from the 1900s, this is a Charlotte legend. Their brunch is a local rite of passage.

Wellness & Juice: Stay on top of your routine with a short walk to Y2 Yoga or The Yoga Oasis, followed by a fresh bottle from Clean Juice.

The Hidden Garden: Dilworth Tasting Room: They have a stunning, hidden courtyard that guests will love for an evening drink.

Date Night: Stagioni High-end Italian set in a stunning historic villa. It’s intimate, authentic, and features wood-fired pizzas served with specialty scissors.

Asian Street Fare: Hawkers: For guests wanting a high-energy South End vibe, this neon-lit spot is famous for its roti canai and street skewers.

The Local Dive: The Comet Grill: A no-frills neighborhood staple known for legendary burgers and live music.

Groceries & Essentials

Food Lion: Guests are often surprised by how close we are to essentials. The Food Lion on Park Rd is just a quick walk or 2-minute drive away for anything you need during your stay.
