Very nice apartment in a good location

Great location with food and drink a block away and less than a mile walk to the South End with plenty more restaurant options. Dilworth is a quiet, tree lined, neighborhood with beautiful homes through which we walked to and from the South End at all hours day and night. Doug was great at communicating and the accommodations were great. Definitely recommend a stay there.

This place is a great find in the Dillworth area. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants and even a grocery store. You can also walk to the shopping area and to catch the train into town. The property itself is quiet with a lovely outdoor terrace with a huge tree that shades it. The kitchen is sizable, it’s decorated very modern with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to get started. It’s nice that it has off street parking. Host was communicative and everything was as described.

We loved that the property was pet-friendly. Everything was very clean. Amazing walkable location. The only thing that wasn’t 10/10 was the parking - we had 2 assigned spaces but another car had parked in between both spaces one of the days. Also, one of the two driveways was blocked for construction the entire stay which made getting in and out kind of difficult.
