The Tide House - charming 3-bedroom cottage in Spruce Head, WiFi, waterfront

This enchanting house and bunk house in Spruce Head offers 3 cozy bedrooms in total, include 2 queen beds, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. 1 of the queens and the twin are both located in the bunk house that is nestled in behind the main house. With WiFi and a washer/dryer available, guests can enjoy a truly wonderful stay in this lovely home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. We are located on a gravel road in a very quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy. We are within about 15 minutes from the heart of Rockland, the grocery stores, art galleries, shops, etc.

There is a TV in the house but it is located upstairs in the open area between the 2 bedrooms.

The main bathroom is on the first floor with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink.

The house has a large lawn and a beautiful water view. You can swim and launch kayaks or paddle boards at high tide. At low tide you can watch birds feeding on the clam flats. The home provides such a newly constructed, warm feel. There is a large picnic table outside to enjoy the Maine weather and a small contained fire pit. The wood stove inside the home is not be used.

The bunk house has electricity but no running water.
