Welcome to Tosca – a house that feels like home, a holiday, and an elegant retreat all in one. Set in an iconic coastal location, this beautifully interior-designed property features high-end furniture, luxury linens, lush, landscaped gardens, and an oversized resort-style pool complete with an outdoor bath. Tosca is the perfect setting for a family getaway, group gathering, business trip, or relaxing escape – all just a short, flat walk from Newcastle’s best restaurants, pubs, cafés, and the sparkling Merewether Beach.
The Space:
From the moment you step onto the inviting front porch and into the light-filled interior, you’ll feel at ease. A wide hallway showcases high, decorative ceilings and leads you to four generous bedrooms and a grand living space beyond. The country-style kitchen sets the scene for shared meals and conversation, flowing seamlessly to the north-facing private deck and backyard oasis. Here you’ll find lush tropical gardens, a 10-metre pool, an outdoor bath, and a separate studio – creating a tranquil retreat to return to after enjoying all that Merewether and Newcastle have to offer.
Kindly note that the fifth bedroom is located in a separate studio. While it is a beautiful space, it is not part of the main house. It includes a sofa bed and is also ideal for use as a movie room.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbourhood is peaceful, so parties and loud music are not permitted at Tosca. Fortunately, Newcastle offers an excellent selection of pubs, bars, and restaurants close by if you’d like a lively night out.
Other Things to Note:
🚗 On-street parking is available directly in front of the house. Kindly avoid parking in front of neighbours.
🏊♀️ Pools: Pools will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.
