You'll have full access to Apartment 3 on the third floor, arriving with easy, self check-in via keypad — no need to coordinate a meetup. On the first floor of the building, you're welcome to use the shared game room, a cozy lounge area, and a coin-operated laundry room, available to all tenants and guests.
This apartment shares a boiler and thermostat with the rest of the building, and we provide space heaters for extra warmth right where you need it. In the summer, window AC units are available to keep things cool. The building has real historic character, so a few quirks come with that charm — but we're always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
5) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
6) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
7) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
8) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
10) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
11) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:00am or later on the day of checkout.
12) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - The security cameras are on the exterior of the house and main entrance doors. They are monitored by Flamepool Properties LLC who own the building.
13) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
