We moved to Pittsburgh fifteen years ago and we still had friends in Philadelphia, but we weren't able to stay as close. We met at the house in Treasure Lake and had a wonderful time. The house was great. Clean and neat and just what you want for a lake house. We explored the area and did a few wine tastings. Highly recommended. Quiet and beautiful. The deer wandering through the yard was pretty neat too

We wanted to take our parents away to spend some much-needed family time and this rental was just what we needed! Everything is on one floor, which made it possible to access with a wheelchair. My parents have not had a vacation in quite a few years and our stay was so enjoyable. I have stayed at several vacation rentals in various places, and I have never seen such an immaculate unit. Drawers were neatly stocked with anything you would need. (It was a woman's dream! Everything in its place, and a place for everything. The view of the changing leaves across the lake was amazing. Deer would walk through the huge backyard, taking their time as they go. The interior decorating was awesome, comfortable, and even holds a surprise or two! I can’t say enough about Bobbie. She even left a couple of vases under the sink so I could buy flowers for our parents’ room! We enjoyed a fantastic family weekend and plan to visit again!

Friends from various parts of PA met here for a long weekend of relaxation and laughter. Beautiful house and view of lake -- even better than appeared in online pictures. House was spotless and kitchen in particular was equipped with everything one could possibly need. Interior decorating was awesome and so welcoming. We loved it! Plan to return. Definitely a 10!!!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay with our two small dogs with a beautiful view of the lake. The accommodations were great with plenty of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. They thought of everything! We would love to go back again sometime! There is plenty to do in the area, which is only a few miles away, including walking trails, shopping and dining.

Bobbie’s lake front cabin was a perfect winter getaway. My friends and I attended our first ever Groundhog Day in nearby Punxsutawney and are so glad to have opted for this VRBO over motels closer to town. Bobbie’s instructions were very clear and she was quick to respond. The lake was stunning and amenities were great - Bobbie even left groundhog headbands for all of us. The trip to DuBois was to see loved ones we hadn't seen since before the Pandemic. Staying at Treasure Lake allowed us to bring our dog, spend more time together & enjoy the lake. This is a very lovely lake house, clean, spotless and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it's right on Treasure Lake. The view is excellent. The host Bobbie is super nice. When she heard our 9 year old daughter was afraid to kayak by herself as she had never done it before, she kindly prepared a cute lounge float for her to relax on the lake. The lake is clean and very refreshing. We enjoyed kayaking and relaxed by the water. Our dog swam every day and had the time of his life. Our daughter eventually learned how to kayak on her own and she had a great time! We loved having our meals on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Bobbie gifted us a bottle of nice local white wine which we enjoyed while watching sunsets. We cannot thank Bobbie and Ron enough for letting us stay at this beautiful lake house. We hope to come back in the future! Highly recommend this place!

This was our second time renting this beutiful well furnished rental. Our family absolutely loves it here. Everything you need to make your stay easy is provided: linens, towels, outdoor grill, fire pit, lake side beach chairs and tables, kayaks, life vests, and a beautiful view. It is truly a home away from home. The hosts are lovely people and wonderful to work with. The unit is animal friendly. The host even supplied water and food bowls for our dog and they even added treats for her. Treasure Lake has become one of our favorite vacation destinations and this host made our vacation extra special.

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at. We have been to several and this one had all the bases covered! Host/hostess were very welcoming and included many nice touches! Home had everything you could need and then some! My son and daughter loved fishing off the shore, even managed to catch a couple! Our pets loved watching the deer and the special treats left for them! Beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and spacious. Neighbors were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed talking about all of our 4 legged friends! Would highly recommend this property if visiting the Treasure Lake area!! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The lake in the backyard was perfect for swimming, kayaking, and lounging on the water tubes. My husband enjoyed reading by the lake every morning. The house was very comfy and had everything we needed.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Britton’s home on Treasure Lake. The first time I stayed with my mom and the second time I came with my husband, daughter and some friends. We had a wonderful time. The home is decorated beautifully and very clean. You are only steps away from the lake in the back yard. We spent a lot of time on the kayaks which was so relaxing. We also really enjoyed the fire pit and the wildlife(deer)greeting us at night. There are restaurants nearby or you can easily grill out on the back deck. One minor complaint is the pillows on the beds are very flat. I will just remember to bring my own next time which is not a big deal at all. We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!
