Summary:
Beautiful 3 level Timber Creek town home located directly across from the North entrance to Mount Snow ski resort, with 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. This unit features an open floor plan, oversized private deck, a wood burning fireplace, sauna, and private ski locker. This is a very spacious unit for families and friends! Enjoy all that the amenity center has to offer including an indoor & outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, and more!
The Space:
Enjoy all that the amenity center has to offer including an outdoor heated pool and pickleball courts in the summer months, and indoor pools and hot tubs available year round.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

Very nice condo. The beds in the bedrooms other than the top-floor master suite need some "help". We found a large pile of sheets stuffed into the dryer and didn't know what to do with that. There were some spider webs and dust in places you wouldn't expect in a place that gets used and cleaned regularly. We had some small problem with the lower level bathrrom. oTHER THEN THAT WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. tHE SHUTTLE TO THE MOUTAIN WAS A BIG PLUS!!
