Summary:
** Main level kitchen and bathroom newly renovated**
Beautiful 3 level Timber Creek town home located directly across from the North entrance to Mount Snow ski resort, with 3 bedrooms, ( 2 en suite) and an additional den and bathroom. This unit features an open floor plan, oversized private deck, a wood burning fireplace, a mudroom and private ski locker. This is a very spacious unit for families and friends! Enjoy all that the amenity center has to offer including an outdoor heated pool in the summer months,
The Space:
Enjoy all that the amenity center has to offer including an outdoor heated pool and pickleball courts in the summer months, and indoor pools and hot tubs available year round.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

We had a girl cousins weekend (9 of us). The space was clean, modern, and spacious. Our favorite part was the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to bring you to/from the mountain. It picks you up out front! We will be using this place as a family tradition for years to come!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I to have one of our children and husband come with their children and join us for a ski weekend at Mt. Snow. The condo was perfect for us, the manager communicated all procedures clearly. We had a great stay.
