The Space:
This home has plenty of room for your group.
-3 bedrooms: The two main level bedrooms feature queen beds and floor to ceiling windows with views of Mount Snow. The 2nd floor bedroom has two sets of full sized bunk beds.
-2 Living rooms: The 2nd floor living room has a queen sized pullout sofa.
-2 Bathrooms
-Huge dining area
-Washer/Dryer on main floor
-Kitchen with everything you need to cook for your group.
-Walkout covered balcony
-Large driveway comfortably fits 4 cars.
-Split unit heating system with AC in every room in the summer.
-Pellet stove in the main living room.
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
